BACS analysis is not a second building summary. It assesses BMS compliance readiness from a structured register (functions, capacities, tiers, inspections) and a confirmed ADEME DPE. Without those two anchors, Octowise leaves analysis pending rather than inventing a diagnostic.
Why separate BACS and building analysis
Building analysis talks energy health, drifts, operating opportunities. BACS analysis talks automation, control, regulatory deadlines, and function gaps. Mixing them produces vague recommendations (“improve the BMS”) that nobody can turn into a works package.
The split is also a data choice: we do not use a consumption curve to infer an HVAC power tier. Nominal capacity is documented in the register.
The data that structures the AI
Nominal HVAC power, documented BMS functions, tiers, and deadlines give verifiable context. Confirmed DPE anchors the building in the official tertiary diagnostic. AI then proposes compliance gaps, deadline risks, and prioritized action paths.
Planned and completed inspections are part of the same register: a BMS that is “installed” without an up-to-date inspection is not a closed file.

Recommendations you can reread
Results must be checkable against the register: this missing function, that reached tier, that too-close deadline. If the team updates the register after an audit, it explicitly relaunches analysis. No background recompute that changes the story between two committees.
Priority and status badges reuse the rest of the platform’s color codes (web and mobile), so “high / medium / unknown” reads like everywhere else, not like AI jargon.
BACS, tertiary decree, and operations
A compliant BMS does not by itself hit Éco Énergie Tertiaire targets. It makes measurement, control, and therefore action plans possible. Conversely, a well-prepared tertiary decree with a blind BMS remains an administrative file.
