A cross-cutting feed
The events API returns a cross agenda: interventions, alerts, action plans, and other portfolio milestones, over a date range. Each item carries navigation metadata to the source record. You no longer copy dates into an Outlook “energy” calendar that diverges in two weeks.
Per-type icons speed up reading in a steering meeting: you see alert density, visits, regulatory deadlines, without opening each module.

Contact as a too-often-forgotten grain
Filtering by contact (contractor, operator, internal owner) answers a field question: “what does this person need to do this week?”. That is more actionable than a building calendar for tour weeks.
Interventions remain available in a dedicated calendar view, with list toggle and filter sheet. The global calendar does not overwrite those business views; it connects them.
Regulatory and operations on the same timescale
An OPERAT deadline in September and an HVAC drift next week are not managed in the same tools… unless you want to arbitrate team load. A single calendar makes that arbitration visible: too many deadlines the same month, too many clustered interventions, too many untreated alerts.
It is a load tool as much as a memory tool.
Available on the move
The mobile app exposes the same feed, with back navigation and month/year picker, without forcing an unreadable full-screen height. Event cards use full width: fast reading on transport or on site.
The calendar does not replace push notifications. It gives the overview once the alert is received, or before a tour.
